Common questions.
What's included in "unlimited websites"?
Every plan includes an unlimited number of Content.One-powered websites and domains. You can run marketing microsites, brand sites, landing pages, event sites, and internal portals off the same instance without a per-site charge — the plan tier is determined by seat count and platform capabilities, not by how many sites you ship.
How does seat billing work?
A seat is any user with edit access to the CMS — authors, editors, designers, developers, and admins all count as one seat each. Read-only viewers are unlimited on every plan. Seat counts on Launch and Scale are fixed at 3 and 10 respectively; Enterprise scales to any headcount.
Can I upgrade or move between plans later?
Yes — upgrades are seamless and take effect immediately, with prorated billing. Everything you've built (websites, content, users, integrations) stays intact when you move up a tier; the new plan's features unlock the moment the upgrade lands. Downgrades are supported at renewal.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
We offer meaningful discounts for 501(c)(3) nonprofits, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations. The Salvation Army runs on Content. One at a nonprofit rate — get in touch with our team and we'll put together pricing that fits your operating budget.
What support comes with each plan?
Every Content. One customer gets access to our documentation, a shared support channel, and monthly office hours with the product team. Scale customers add priority email support with same-business-day response. Enterprise customers get a dedicated CS lead, a shared Slack channel with the engineering team, and quarterly success reviews.
